Important info. for Keystone Parents,

Parent Partnership Night - Thanks to all of the parents that came to our Parent Partnership Night last night. We had about 60 parents attend and they had opportunities to learn about the grade level learning expectations for their child as well as their own learning opportunities in the areas of reading practice, math practice, writing/spelling/phonics practice, outdoor learning / garden, makerspace, and Instagram/Blogs/School Website. Please send me an email, rjunge@benton.k12.ia.us, with feedback about the event so we can continue to make it better in the future.

Keystone Breakfast & Lunch Calendar / Announcements - If you would like paper copies of school notices, breakfast/lunch menus, etc. contact Candi in the school office and those items will be sent home in your student's folder. Ph#319-442-3221 or cbenesh@benton.k12.ia.us. If you want to access electronically please go to www.benton.k12.ia.us. At the top go to "Our Schools" and select Keystone Elementary on the drop down. At the right you will see Keystone Announcements. Please click on that and you will see announcement posts by Candi Benesh. If you click on her name it will give you an option of "subscribe to updates from author". It will then have you enter your name and email address. If you sign up for this option anytime Candi posts new announcements that are for Keystone Elementary you will get that notice sent to your email.

-The lunch and breakfast menus are also on the school website. On the home page you will see some blue boxes on the left, click on lunch menus and you can see the breakfast and lunch menus for the current month.

Keystone / BC Blogs / Instagram - Blogs and our Instagram account are a great way to stay in touch with what is happening in your child's classroom. They will email you when they have updated posts to their blog. Here are their addreses along with mine and other Central Administration blogs.
